Our in-house–developed products

Over the years, we’ve encountered situations where no existing tool worked optimally. In those cases, we improved existing tools or simply engineered our own. This has enabled us to perform maintenance and repairs faster and more efficiently.

Three of the solutions we’ve developed are also sold as standalone products.

Roll wire Easy Sling

Our roll wire makes it easier to handle many of the tasks involved in moving and transporting heavy objects in and out of various machines. This can include rollers, doctor blades, and more.

The roll wire is widely used at many paper mills, but it’s also an excellent choice for work in other industries.

Roll change tube

Enables the replacement of felt and paper guide rolls without cutting the wire. The roll is lifted sideways out of the paper machine, saving both time and money.

Bracket for bearing replacement

When replacing a bearing on a drying cylinder, we manufacture a machine-specific bracket or shelf that can quickly support the machine shaft and make handling the released bearing easier.
