Jenny Högefjord is stepping into the role of CEO of Svizza, bringing Thomas Söderqvist with her as Operations Manager. Jenny succeeds founder and former CEO Lennart Ernstsson, who has chosen to retire after 23 years.
Both Jenny Högefjord and Thomas Söderqvist have more than 20 years of experience
at Svizza, with broad expertise in finance, administration and technology. In recent years, a gradual leadership transition has been carried out, with responsibilities and
roles distributed step by step. As part of the transition, Jenny Högefjord will assume overall responsibility for the company.
“For me, everything starts with people. We have a team with strong expertise and drive, and when we provide the right conditions, we can create something truly strong together. Our task going forward is to continue developing that strength and to think beyond the next delivery,”
says Jenny Högefjord.
The company sees a growing need to strengthen its skills supply and secure knowledge transfer between generations, in order to continue delivering high-quality work to its customers.
“We need to rejuvenate the organisation and strengthen skills development through training and greater support, so that we make the most of and pass on the
knowledge we have,” says Jenny Högefjord.
“At the same time, it is important that change takes place at the right pace, so that knowledge keeps up and we retain what we are good at. It is about finding the right balance, both for us and for our customers,” says Thomas Söderqvist.
The company sees its future as an independent business and currently has no plans
to become part of a group.
